Wave Electrical

After interviewing several companies, we chose Wave Electrical to install our Eco-Flow whole-house emergency power backup system, and we are completely satisfied with the results provided by Wave. Jeff performed a thorough analysis of our needs and the equipment that needed to be installed before the start date, so when Jeff and Steve arrived (promptly) on the morning of the install date, they had a well-developed plan and were ready to go. We were only without power for a few hours during the install, as they performed a lot of the preliminary work before suspending our power. I was most impressed with how they were able to recess the panel into the wall, making it much less noticeable on our wall (since our system was installed inside our condo, not in a garage). After they installed our new system, they tested it and did a GREAT job cleaning up when they were done. Jeff and Steve were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and mindful and respectful of our property. It was a great experience from start to finish. If you are installing a battery-backup system or have any electrical work, I highly recommend Wave Electrical, and particularly Jeff and Steve.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Wave Electrical LLC, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Jeff was fantastic throughout the entire process. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism in coordinating everything, conducting site visits, and efficiently obtaining the necessary permits. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I will definitely use Wave Electrical LLC again in the future. Thank you, Jeff, for a job well done!

We used the online form on the website to submit a request to get a quote for electrical upgrades we needed for a new water heater. A staff member reached out to us on the next business day to schedule an appointment; we appreciated the quick response time especially since it was near the end of the holiday season. Geoff arrived a few minutes early on the day of our appointment, took the time to understand what we needed, generated a quote, and explained his recommendations in layman's terms. Geoff treated us courteously and worked efficiently on the same day he quoted the job so the electrical work would be complete before the water heater was installed several days later. On the day the water heater was installed, one small change was necessary and Geoff returned to our home later that day to address the issue. Our water heater installation went smoothly and passed inspection without incident.  Overall, our first experience with Wave Electric was positive. We were pleased their solution was consistent with another quote we had received from a well-known competitor, but was at a lower price point.  Also, we appreciate that, unlike a third quote we received, their solution did not
